Updated roadmap, VSM open source process, and features overview slides now available

Thee following two slide decks are now uploaded on 01.org in the VSM project Documents section:

1.       Roadmap plus Open source VSM process and how to participate
2.       VSM v1.0 major feature overview (this will actually include all pre v1.0 features)
